We are looking for an Apprentice for Smart Infrastructure in Milan within the Buildings area who will be trained as Junior IBase Process Owner. During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills, and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.
As Junior IBase Process Owner, some of your main activities will be:
Set up and maintain accurate, complete, and consistent customer master and iBase data on Siemens platforms; SAP, dedicated iBase management tools.Monitor, report, and resolve customer data quality issues in a timely manner.Update functional location/equipment data following site changes.Report on KPIs and drive data quality excellence.Align with Global iBase Strategy initiatives.Support Digital Service Center with administrative tasks.Be responsible for the governance of the tools included in the process.Required entry qualifications:You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.Technical academic background (High school Diploma, ITS Degree, Degree).You have the ambition to develop your knowledge of the services market and its processes.You have familiarity with SAP, Microsoft products (Power BI, Outlook, Excel).Proficiency in English and Italian.Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a changing environment.Passion to never stop growing.Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.What we offerNever stop growing: plenty of opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys.An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself.Join us and be yourself.
