Your Main Responsibilities
GENERAL
Support the Head of the Depot Level Maintenance (DLM) Programme Management Office (DPMO) to act as Programme Management Center of Excellence for IAMCO Support the GM in management of the company within the framework of the general policy determined by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Synthesis office DPMO: DPMB preparation / participation Customer Satisfaction Feedback Mechanism relationship
EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION
Represent the company towards the senior and executive management of the customer organizations.
Keep regular and close contact with key NATO and National officials.
Promote the image of the company.
Development support to DGM regarding new models for company business growth (advanced services, digital services, ..)
ORGANIZATION
Hierarchically part of the DPMO organization.
Operationally reporting to the GM.
Liaise and cross-fertilise across the IAMCO matrix organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Coordinate, write and agree the details of the NE-3A DLM Programme Management Plan (DPMP) with all Stakeholders.
Implement and maintain the DPMP as living document, detailing the processes, overarching all programme entities.
Coordinate and improve the mid – to long term strategic material management planning and improvement initiatives, in close coordination with IAMCO LOgistic Support team (LOS).
Develop and agree enterprise related KPIs for continuous programme improvements with the task of maximum A/C availability, in close coordination with the Head of DPMO.
Support the Head of DPMO in preparing the quarterly Depot Programme Management Board (DPMB) meetings by aggregation of available data, analyzation of shortfalls and preparation of white papers, for decision.
Be part of the DPMB Synthesis Office.
Administer the DPMB, coordinate expert teams (activities and composition), centralize the minutes of the expert teams meetings and ensure continuity as coordinated with the Head of DPMO.
Interact and coordinate with the Customer Technical Representative (CTR), based in Geilenkirchen, as necessary.
Support obsolescence management activities.
Other tasks as deemed necessary by the Head of DPMO.
Your profile
EDUCATION
Business management, Aeronautical or equivalent Engineering Degree; Education in Continuous Improvement (e.g.
LEAN Six Sigma, Kaizen) would be beneficial.
Leadership training would be desirable.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in progressively more responsible positions dealing with management of programmes, engineering, maintenance, personnel, administration and finances.
Desirable to have previous military experience or affiliation with military programs and organizations IT literate (Microsoft applications).
KNOWLEDGE
Profound knowledge and professional experience in MRO and NATO stakeholder management; Profound knowledge of the overarching Enterprise NE-3A organization; Commercial contracting practices would be an asset.
Programme management principles and Organizational skills Proficiency in the English language (writing and speaking); Proficiencies in Dutch, French, German and/or Italian is a definite asset.
