Hydraulic Engineer (Junior/Senior)

Renowned engineering company in the field of hydraulics and hydrotechnology has entrusted us with the search for: Hydraulic Engineer (Junior/Senior) Ref.
29/24 Inserted in a well-established company of technical excellence, they will be part of the design team reporting to the Technical Director.
They will be employed on complex projects at national level and will be involved in all design aspects, from preparatory/preliminary studies to Works Management.
The assignments will concern in particular: aqueducts and potabilization, drainage and sewage, hydrogeological risk mitigation, mountain basin development, planning of dams and other related projects.
Requirements: The desired candidates have a technical degree, with particular specialization and/or training related to the field of hydraulic, environmental and related engineering.
Junior profiles must have gained even brief experience in the field of design, hydraulic modelling and assistance to Works Management within hydraulic or environmental engineering companies, water service management companies, drainage consortia.
For the senior position, on the other hand, a previous experience of at least five years in river hydraulics is required.
Specific skills in the use of hydraulic modelling and calculation software, such as HEC-RAS, GIS, Infoworks, are also required.
Knowledge of the English language is considered a plus.
Depending on requirements, willingness to travel within the country for surveys or site visits may be required.
Job grade and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's seniority and skills.
