You will define and lead the product strategy roadmap while ensuring revenue goals are met. This is a hands-on position for a driven and engaged individual with extensive product management experience and the ability to think tactically and make decisions based on research and analysis. HYBRID Senior Product Manager Responsibilities •    Define product requirements for new products 
•    Establish a go-to-market strategy
•    Develop a growth strategy based on product roadmap
•    Support sales department in expanding the market presence 
•    Collaborate with engineering on development initiatives
•    Maintain KPIs for existing and new product category success
•    Present business cases to leadership to win new investment 
•    Travel to field visits with dealers and vendors quarterly 
HYBRID Senior Product Manager Qualifications •    Bachelor's degree required
•    5+ years of product management experience required 
•    Experience with tools to analyze business and market performance required
•    Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
