**What you will do**
We are looking for a HVAC Project Manager with proven capability to manage autonomously HVAC Projects in terms of budget, planning and resources.
He will also produce periodical reports in order to give visibility of the project trends according to Company standards and processes.
**How you will do **it**
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the agreed scope and quality. Manage project budgets looking for solutions that can improve financial performance
- Define project plan in accordance with Customer requirements and internal resources availability
- Manage contracts, attend customer meetings, acknowledge custome r requirements while making appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive and long-term relationships with Customers and third-party resources, including vendors and /or subcontractors.
- Follow all company process, procedures and protocols
- Cooperate proactively with functional team s, with aim to improve overall business performance.
**What we look for**
- Project Management experience (min. 5 years)
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Attitude to build positive work environment with the colleagues
- Problem solving and troubleshooting approach
- Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English language
- Availability to travel in Italy ( up to 40 %)
- Preferred - PMP, IPMA, APM, Prince2 or equivalent certification/ training
- Preferred Knowledge of existing legislation ( dec 81/08, PED, ISPELS and any other applicable regulation).
