We are looking for a HVAC and Energy Engineer to join our MEP team (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) within Arup Milan Office.
Your Role: Design of mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air and water distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems, building automation and controls Define and develop energy & carbon (scope 1, 2, 3) strategies with a particular focus on Science, Industry and Technology projects and clients Liaise with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to set the constraints of the mechanical design and energy/carbon targets and coordinate with all other disciplines in terms of requirements, inputs, and influence on all others Act as project lead engineer and interface with the client Manage small project teams Required: Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering and energy/carbon fundamentals Bachelor/Master's Degree in Mechanical/Building/Energy Engineering Confirmed experience in the design of mechanical systems Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit MEP Knowledge of both English and Italian, written and spoken Good communication skills essential for team-based working Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment Must be highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges Rewards and Benefits We offer a competitive salary at all levels and one of the best benefits packages in our sector.
