AMEX is seeking an HR Intern in our Rome office.
We are searching for a student interested in Training and Development, Data analysis and reporting (about workforce) who would like to work alongside our HR Team.
This is a paid internship opportunity that will provide the intern with an excellent, hands-on introduction to a thriving, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Projects
An intern will be offered an opportunity to be involved in meaningful work and projects, be exposed to daily HR functions, professionals, and business leaders.
The intern will be introduced to useful tools and resources that will help the intern grow both professionally and personally.
Projects would include: Supporting the Colleague Market Partner team, the HR Intern will work to extract and analyze data from a wide range of HR systems to develop key people-based analytics for use in market dashboards and local business decisions.
The intern will also have the opportunity to support the Training & Development and Talent Management programs in the market through data and meaningful projects.
The intern will gain experience in the following areas:
- Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks
- Support the implementation of the main learning & development activities
- Support the Talent Management and career development processes
- Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics
Skills & Experience Required:
Graduate students and recent college graduates in Management are encouraged to apply.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
You are fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral
You have good knowledge of Office tools (Excel and PPT)
You have excellent communication capabilities and language skills
You are curious and thinking outside of the box
