Human Resources Specialist

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE, NAPLES of OCHR OVERSEAS PROGRAM CENTER.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Interpreting and applying federal civilian human resources classification, recruitment and placement regulations, laws, policies and practices; providing position classification advisory services on federal civilian workforce positions; providing guidance on human resources policies and processes; AND advising personnel on the execution of procedures for human resources (e.g., recruitment, staffing, position management, position classification).
