Role Overview: The HR Project Manager shall focus on supporting key transformational projects, from planning and design to execution, implementation, and post-project analysis, customer centricity, HRIS, and reporting KPIs linked to BATA global business objectives across all Regions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and execute HR projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Support on OneTeam HR initiatives, working on Business and Functional Organization Design.Support on Retail Transformation initiatives including training, LMS, incentive plans, etc.Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.Serve as the main point of contact between HR and the SAP implementation team.
Conduct trainings, create documentation and provide ongoing support on non-tech issues.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of the business.Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and risks for senior management.Analyse project outcomes and document best practices for future projects.Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, with 3-8 years in project management.Knowledge and experience on HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, talent management, etc.Nice-to-have: Retail exposureDegree/Diploma in HR, Project Management or StrategyWhy Join Bata?
