POSIZIONE: HUMAN RESOURCES - Payroll AdministratorRETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA:SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Human resourcesDESCRIZIONE AZIENDAOn behalf of a luxury company, we are looking for an International HR Administration Specialist.Main TasksElaborate employees agreements, oversee the hiring process, and monitor the deadlines linked to the employment relationship.Check the completion of the mandatory obligations/communication by the payroll studio.Handle relations with the payroll studio.Monitor correct management of presences, absences, and leaves.Collect the monthly variations.Manage the payroll process.Support colleagues on administrative issues.RequirementsExperience in HR administration activities with an international business.Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.Positive and adaptable attitude.Headquarters: Centre of Milan.
