The objectives of the Centre, as stated by its mandate, are to provide information and communication technology (ICT) services (including training) on an inter-organizational basis.Main duties and responsibilities:
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Head, Talent Management, within the Human Resources Section (CHR) and in close collaboration with the human resources team.
The incumbent could be requested to do any others tasks of similar level in related fields.Under guidance, the incumbent will perform the following duties:
Organizational design, Importante Azienda planning and change management:
Conduct position management, organizational design and strategic Importante Azienda planning in line with UNICC mandateParticipate in job reviews, promote awareness, and understanding and support dynamic Importante Azienda of organizational changes and effective posts managementStaffing, mobility and outreach:
Contribute to the implementation of the UNICC talent strategy to attract and retain talentsParticipate actively in the sourcing strategy including the development and implementation of outreach activities to improve diversity including gender parity at UNICCAnalyze, monitor and report on selection processes for management, including reports on gender parity, diversity etc.Provide guidance and support in onboarding, contracting and review of benefits and entitlements, as and when required Learning, Staff development and career management:
Contribute to organization-wide staff development activities to support organizational effectiveness, a culture of change management, inclusive leadership and individual developmentCreate talent pools including talent development interventions and succession and contingency frameworkIdentify new methodologies and approaches to encourage learning and knowledge sharing and to support career development and performance management at UNICCImplement staff development activities, including training, workshops, coaching, and staff individual learningProvide other ad hoc support either within your team or in other teams as required - this includes the participation in special projects or support to service delivery for short period of time on a part-time or full time basis upon request from the senior management RECRUITMENT PROFILEExperience and Skills required:
Essential:
Minimum five years of work experience in human resources management in an international setting, with an emphasis on selection and recruitmentDemonstrated experience coordinating initiatives, projects or programmes relevant to sourcing and selectionProven experience providing HR advice and guidance to staff and managers Desirable:
Work experience in the UN system or similar organizations is considered an asset Education:
Essential:
First university degree in Human Resources Management or related field Languages:
English:
Expert knowledge is requiredSpanish:
Intermediate knowledge is desirableSource:
