We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our Product Company and Distribution Center in the Turin area, Italy.
In this challenging position, you will serve as the business partner to the Management Team of the Product Company in Robassomero and the Distribution Center in Turin. You will lead a strong, committed team of HR Business Partners, driving all human resources initiatives and activities that support the organization in achieving its operational and strategic goals, with the ambition to be "First in Mind - First in Choice" for current and future employees.
Your Mission Ensure effective People Management processes are implemented in the local organization in line with "The Way We Do Things."Translate the Group and division's People Management strategy into local activities. Guide and implement HR projects related to recruitment, onboarding, feedback culture, competence development, etc.Promote and apply the 'hire-for-attitude' principle during recruitment. Support the organization in selecting the right people for the right roles and ensure solid onboarding programs. Take targeted actions to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies promptly.Support ongoing initiatives to strengthen our culture of inclusive leadership and continuous feedback, and propose new initiatives.Enhance and promote the #NeverStopLearning culture. Develop and implement learning initiatives based on gap analysis at individual and team levels.Engage in gender and inclusion projects with the diversity and inclusion ambassadors.Support the "Safety First" culture, which underpins our safe and healthy work environment, and pay special attention to reducing absenteeism.Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly HR reports, monitoring workforce evolution, staff efficiency, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Maintain a constructive relationship with union representatives.Work closely with the Holding HR Manager and HR Business Partners.In this role, you will report to the General Manager of the Product Company Abac, located in Robassomero, Turin area.
