ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies in line with the values of the Airelles groupPre-opening budget & budget preparationManage the entire recruitment process, from search to onboarding, ensuring the selection of qualified candidatesOversee employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environmentCoordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeAdminister performance management systems to support professional development and achieve organizational objectivesEnsure compliance with Italian labor laws and company policiesManage payroll processes and benefits administrationCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaborationCoordinate employee housing when requiredResolve conflicts and provide guidance on human resources issuesMaintain accurate HR records and produce relevant reports to managementRequirementsExperience in human resources management during the pre-opening phaseProven work experience as a human resources manager in Italian contexts (in Venice preferably) or in similar contexts, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the local labor market and cultural dynamicsProficiency in Italian and English required to ensure effective communication (proficiency in French preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldContactTo apply, please email your resume and cover letter to ******
