Main Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and selection to onboarding, development, and retention, as well as offboarding processes. Act as the HR champion for the managers and key actors across the operations. Advise on employee relations and challenges at all levels of the organization. Ensure best practices at all times, follow legal compliance and policies, and maintain the balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion. Implement Learning and Development processes. Cover day-to-day HR activities (Organisational Design, Retention, Reward, and Employee Engagement, employee relations investigations, provide guidance and advice as well as coaching to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and processes). Reporting to General Manager. Ensure a high level of internal communication. The ideal candidate Fluent in English and Italian is a must. Experience dealing with unions and syndicates. Hospitality experience is highly desired. Great communication skills. Positive mindset.
