As the sole HR team member, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for this 40-person organization, fostering a positive work environment, and managing relationships with HR vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
