Each hotel has its own personality, drawing inspiration from urban culture, history and style to create highly personal experiences highlighted by elegance, striking design and attentive service.Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities.The HR Trainee will be included in following activities: • Assist in managing the necessary documentation for the processing of hiring procedures and archiving personnel-related documents • Collaborate in verifying and collecting employee attendance and absences • Support with tasks related to hiring, terminations, accidents, and sick leaves • Prepare employee reports on a monthly basis • Support in the management of temporary workers and financial incentives related to working teams • Assist in coordinating mandatory medical examinations • Provide assistance with the daily activities of the human resources department • Collaborate in collecting and verifying information related to hours worked and absences Skills required: • Hospitality or Human Resources education • A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail • Excellent knowledge of the Italian language • Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus • Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset • Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.Skills required: • Hospitality or Human Resources education • Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members • A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language • Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset • Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.We also require enthusiasm, desire to grow professionally, predisposition to training, elegance not only exteriorModality: · 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday · Headquarters: Borgo S.S.
