Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities.
The HR Trainee will be included in following activities:
• Assist in managing the necessary documentation for the processing of hiring procedures and archiving personnel-related documents
• Collaborate in verifying and collecting employee attendance and absences
• Support with tasks related to hiring, terminations, accidents, and sick leaves
• Prepare employee reports on a monthly basis
• Support in the management of temporary workers and financial incentives related to working teams
• Assist in coordinating mandatory medical examinations
• Provide assistance with the daily activities of the human resources department
• Collaborate in collecting and verifying information related to hours worked and absences
Skills required:
• Hospitality or Human Resources education
• A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• Knowledge of the English language will be considered a plus
• Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset
• Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc. Skills required:

• Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members
• A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
• Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset
