Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities.
The HR Trainee will be included in following activities: • selecting and hiring of employees and trainees, including job posting and contact with schools • welcoming new employees/trainees including paperwork and tour through the hotels • administrative tasks with regards to new- and leaving employees, to updating and completing personal files, to training and development of employees • organizing the staff events • assisting with daily tasks of the HR department Skills required: • Hospitality or Human Resources education • Strong social and communication skills to build valued relationships with staff members • A proactive, enthusiastic work attitude and has an eye for detail • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language • Training or working experience in hotel will be considered an additional asset • Computer literacy to include Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
