Posizione HR Intern position will provide support to HR Team on several people & organization activities, processes, and projects. Main activities: Administrative support in hiring activities, induction, and training programs for new staff. Supporting the HR Team into day-to-day strategic and operational activities. Help in recruitment and selection processes (identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, participation in applications screening and phone/face-to-face interviews). Requisiti: Recent degree in HR/Organization, Economics, Labor Law, or Social Science field. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way. Good English knowledge.
