Posizione HR Intern position will provide support to HR Team on several people & organization activities, processes and projects.Main activities: Administrative support in hiring activities, induction and training programs for new staff; Supporting the HR Team into day to day strategic and operational activities; Help in recruitment and selection processes (identification of staffing needs and potential recruiting sources, participation in applications screening and phone/face to face interviews); Requisiti Recent degree in HR/Organization, Economics, Labor Law or Social Science field;Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic and evolving work environment;Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way;Good English knowledge.
