DEVELOP YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS AND PROJECTS Promote & support the adoption of our brand-new integrated employee management platform and provide guidance as required. Provide support and advice on any topic related to policies, procedures, performance management, etc. Training: organize training logistics, follow-up attendance, report, etc. Communication: activate, prepare announcements, support the local team in communicating with employees, and handle day-to-day queries. Development of activations for employees that promote engagement and a sense of belonging. WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH Student of HR-related studies, business administration, or the Arts. Fluent in English, both written as well as verbal fluency. Good knowledge of MS Office. Convincing, communicative, and flexible personality, able to establish rapport quickly. Team player, yet able to organize/prioritize work within scope independently. Strong project management skills, attention to detail. Strong sense of ownership. Resilient, inquisitive and tenacious; possesses an inherent drive to "solve the puzzle" at all odds against tight timelines in a demanding environment. Interest in managing coordination and administration tasks in a complex corporate environment. Requirements Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship. Students in their last year of bachelor's degree or master's Degree. Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 – September 2025.
