For our HR Group Finanace, Information Technology Sustainability, RDQ, HR Auditteam, we are looking for a talented student or new graduate for a 6-months internship, based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).You will have the opportunity to learn about the key HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and get a hands-on experience on employees' life-cycle activities.
As an active member of the HR team, this experience will also give you the chance to develop your talent in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise.For students, the internship can also represent the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of final dissertation.Internship ObjectivesBesides being part of our day-to-day HR activities, your internship project will focus on the key HR Processes and initiatives supporting the team in particular on:HR core processes: support the HR Business Partners on the HR core processes such as talent review, salary review, etc.Recruiting: actively participate in the execution of the recruitment process for new graduates and junior positions;Employer Branding: organize and participate to Employer Branding events and activities;Learning Development: contribute to the organization and management of Learning programs, capturing needs from the business and liaising with the Learning team and providers;You will alsosupport the HR Business Partners on the internal communication process for internal and external hirings;collaborate with the Personnel Administration team for managing administrative topics;develop a good knowledge of the main HR systems and tools, guaranteeing data collection, update, monitoring and reporting;contribute with a fresh perspective on HR matters, providing a different point of view and challenging the status quo for processes' improvements.Candidate's Ideal ProfileMaster's degree in HR, Economics, Engineering or similarA specialization in Human Resources and/or a relevant short experience in HR will be highly preferredInternational mindset / Studies or work experience abroadIntellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approachVery good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitudeInternal customer orientation, proactivity, problem-solving, drive for resultsAbility to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks, respecting deadlinesAccuracy and analytical skillsHighest standard of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.Fluent English.
