We are looking for a role of WW HR Manager for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, ItalyThe candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.Main responsibilities:- Implementation of all the HR processes and policies;- Maintenance of a close relationship with the Line Managers (contributing to the decision of structuring and developing the teams for the organization);- Talent acquisition activities;- Recruitment, economical negotiations and employment agreements;- HR Budget, forecast, labour cost control - Management of the HR topics related to the opening of stores (DOS and Wholesales stores in Emea and USA Markets)PROFILE- Strong experience in HR Management activities- Act according to the Brand values-- Fluent in English and Italian.
