The candidate will be responsible for all Retail HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, and Legal Issues.
Manage the hiring processDefine and deliver employment contractsManage promotions, organizational changes, hiring, and terminationPerform HR staffing including handling procedures related to international mobility, dismissal, resignation, and retirementsHandle potential disciplinary and termination processesPeople management and development processDevelop and implement recruiting – talent strategyPersonnel cost planning processPROFILE Strong experience in Retail HR activitiesAct according to the Brand valuesFluent in English and Italian
