Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 120 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is looking for an experienced HR Consultant with strong merger and acquisition experience to support the Italian Human Resources team with ongoing projects.This is a fixed term role, starting ASAP until the end of September with the possibility of extension.QualificationsHR backgroundExperience in multinational companies and with large M&A projects, affecting several countries/legal entities at the same time, with workers council involvementExperience with handling and coordinating HR workstreams during M&A projectsExperience in conducting side-by-side analysis of remuneration packages, due diligence tasks such as identifying deviations and risks and proposal how to mitigateExperienced in preparing, coordinating and conducting consultation meetings and issuing required documentsExperience with unions and bargaining agreements and Italian legal expertiseKnowledge of the TUPE process, ideally for different countries in EuropeExperience in organizing onboarding and day 1 requirements for large groups of peopleHands-on mentalityAdditional InformationWe look forward to receiving your application in English, including your availability and salary expectations, or your daily or hourly rate.At Turner & Townsend, we offer a competitive remuneration package and company benefits.
