The HR Business Partner position at Zeeco Italy will be responsible for all HR related matters in the Zeeco Italy office and may be asked to assist with regional (EMEA) HR activities including, but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, employment and payroll.
The successful HR partner will build strong relationships with the department managers in the office and collaborate well with the Global HR team.
JOB DUTIES: Promote Zeeco employment opportunities in the community and organizations.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Meet with management to plan for personnel needs and forecasting, for example to understand future hiring needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles, assisting candidates through a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and networking events to pipeline future talent.
Manage the relationship with any approved employment agencies, adhering to agreed terms and conditions.
Complete due diligence on candidates including background and pre-employment screenings.
Conduct interviews as well as coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
Draft and deliver offer letters.
Support new hire onboarding and induction as required.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, attending related events to attract and recruit Internships and Graduates.
Travel up to 25% of the time to other international offices, recruiting events and conferences.
Perform any other general HR duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the company.
Must be resilient, with a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
At least 3 years of recruiting and/or HR Generalist experience for a National or Global Company.
Experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
Proven ability to consistently achieve recruitment targets is preferable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience giving presentations, both remotely and in-person.
Experience and familiarity with various HR laws, rules and regulations, as well as standard/best practices.
Must be fluent in both Italian & English.
