About the position: This position is located at the NAF Human Resources Office.
This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron on Aviano AB, Italy.

The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is US Citizens or NATO country citizens with a valid US permanent resident card and Social Security Number. In accordance with the Status of Forces agreement between Italy and the US, you must be at Aviano AB on orders and be a US citizen or citizen of a NATO country with a US permanent resident card. Italian citizens may not apply for US NAF positions; however, may be eligible for local national positions on base. Must be able to provide documentation proving residence status overseas. Legal US residents must possess a social security number and be citizens of a NATO country.
The 31st Force Support Squadron is not currently providing logistical support. Applicants must provide proper documentation indicating they are already a supported member of Aviano AB.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience: Must have previous experience interpreting and applying rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work in a Non-Appropriated Fund Human Resources Office. Must have experience utilizing USAStaffing in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent). Must have experience in advising on routine recruitment strategies. Must have experience in utilizing and resolving DCPDS, CSO, and other NAF HRO software issues. Must have experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel). #J-18808-Ljbffr
