**Job Description**:
The business area Project Delivery Unit is responsible for the construction activities of renewable assets in the countries.
The HSS team in Statkraft's Project Delivery Unit is responsible for HSS management during all phases of project execution and for developing and implementing the HSS practices across all the business area's activities. It is also responsible for HSS expertise and resources in these projects.
We are growing our business in Italy and need a HSS Administrative Assistant to strengthen the local HSS team.
**Role and responsibilities**:
In the context of a Company dedicated to developing and construct large-scale Renewable Projects, as HSS Administrative Assistant you will support in Italy the Senior HSS Advisor/RSPP in the following activities:
- Manage the day-to-day HSS activities in the Milan office (some travelling to other company's offices and co-working space in Italy will be required).
- Manage the HSS requirements for Statkraft Italia (training, medical checks, PPEs).
- Organize and carry out HSS inductions for the new entries.
- Keeping in check and manage to improve the HSS KPI for Statkraft Italia.
- Update HSS documents such as risk assessments and emergency plans.
- Propose and manage new HS training courses, formative moment, guidelines, campaigns, etc.
- Manage the periodic maintenance of the office HS equipment, supporting when needed the Office Manager.
- Search and manage new suppliers for HS services (i.e. training, medical checks, PPEs) coordinating the activities with the Procurement Unit.
- Contribute actively to the establishment of a good HSS culture.
- Carry out HSS reviews, inspections, and audits across the business area's activities.
- Support remotely the HSS activities for projects under construction (i.e. HSS reporting, procurement process, KPI analysis, participation in meeting with contractors, etc.).
**Belonging to protected categories according to Italian Law (Categorie protette legge 68/99) is a mandatory requirement.**
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in "Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro" and Engineering.
- Preferable 2-3 years of relevant experience within the HSS in an industrial work environment
- Some practical experience in managing day-to-day HSS activities in office locations.
- Basic knowledge of HSS legislation and international standards.
- Result oriented, structured, and flexible with ability to create good work relations.
- A team player, who can work independently and with ability to drive the HSS improvement work.
- Fluency both in English and Italian - written and verbal - other languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship building.
- Independent self-starter with a clear ability to manage a large workload, often providing support to processes managed by colleagues.
