7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for an HSK Manager Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HSK Manager at 7Pines Resort Sardinia located in Arzachena.
The HSK Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, managing inventory and supplies, training and supervising staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications Experience in housekeeping operations and managementKnowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and standardsStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and high standards of cleanlinessAbility to train and supervise staffExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusFluency in English is required.
