How can you leave your mark?
We are looking for a HSE Supervisor to ensure that all in-field activities and equipment are in accordance with HSE regulations, policies, standards and best practices, thereby assuring the safety of all personnel, Company assets and the environment: Demonstrate commitment toward HSE requirement on the workplace Ensure promotion and application of Stop Work Authority Ensure compliance with local legal requirement and Eni standards Main Responsibilities: Adhere and disseminate Company HSE policies Assist Logistic Base Manager for HSEQ issues: Supervise and check Work Permits, carry out hazard analysis of the site, update the risk register, etc… Perform regular HSE Walkthrough, inspection and audit as per plan Ensure risk mitigation measures are applied and respected Ensure continuous supervision of operational activities in collaboration with Contractor HSE Staff Participate and provide HSE advice during daily TBT Ensure daily Permit to work audit using Client checklist Promote and implement Client HSE tools Participate and animate HSE awareness and sensibilization sessions including Lesson Learned sharing Prepare and communicate to Client Management daily HSE report Report UA/UC, Near Misses and Accidents as per Client procedure Ensure HSE reporting as per Client procedure Participate and contribute to investigations of UA/UC, Near Misses and Accidents Support on emergency management and emergency drills realization Ensure follow up of waste management Implement all actions requested to ensure continuous improvement and spread of HSE culture Requirements Technical Diploma / Engineering Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of French At least 5 years of Oil Gas Industry experience preferably in logistic bases or 5 years in equivalent position Required Competencies: Quality Safety: System Management Development Implementation, Audit Certification Activities, Guidelines Procedures Definitions, Law HSEQ General: follow-up of Project Quality Plan Environment: Onshore and offshore environmental requirement Health Radiation Protection: Ergonomic Human Factor Review Project Management: Risk Management Required Capabilities: Excellent communication skills Knowledge and know-how: Analysis, Results orientation, Planning and control, Problem Solving Passion - Setting an example: Positive attitude, Energy Teamwork HSE Training HSE Supervision onshore Basic Firefighting (Recommended) Basic First Aid (Recommended) Hazard recognition Risk evaluation Permit to Work Confined Spaces entry (awareness and rescue) Welding / Cutting operations Work at Height Lifting Operations Pressure Test Operations Chemical Hazards and Safety Data Sheet Electrical Hazard (LT/HT Competent Person) Waste Management Location: Cote d'Ivoire (Abidjan) - Onshore Logistic Bases #LeaveYourMark #ShapingaWorldofTrust Bureau Veritas guarantees equal opportunities and equal treatment and access to all candidates without discrimination based on sex, race, color, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or personal beliefs, political or other opinions, belonging to a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.
