Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, we are looking for an HSE Specialist for a temporary role. You will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain. The work model for the role is: LI-Onsite. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Santa Palomba and you will be mainly accountable for:
Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the roleAbility to demonstrate your experience in industries and production environments regarding safety, environment, and sustainability topics.Possess an enhanced knowledge of ISO certification and familiarity with relevant standards and processes.You are innovative around ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and you are captivated by a collaborative, solution-focused approach, initiative, creativity, great attention to detail, and strong written and spoken communication skills.Degree in Engineering or scientific fields.You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
