Partner with the best As HSE Specialist Packaging & Logistics, you will manage the day-to-day activity in our workshop, being HSE frontline. You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations.
In this role you will be:
Supporting HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance on site Responsible for Job Safety Analysis revision and Non-Routine activities Risk Assessment Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal Operations Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floor Responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree in HSE or Quality Be familiar with HSE operations within the Oil & Gas or Energy Industry Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations, and widely used International standards Have preferably ASPP qualification Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills Be able to communicate fluently in Italian Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building, and influencing skills Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different, and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is also different.
