What you'll achieve As a HSE Specialist you will be part of our Real Estate and Facility Management Team in ensuring the proper conduct of work in the offices by implementing environmental regulations and safety measures, training staff on best practices, and more generally spreading a culture of safety in the company.

Here's what you'll need to succeed: Strong Knowledge of Environmental safety regulations, Possession of certifications required by the UNI 1172 standard and others (es. RSPP or ASPP)2-4 years of experience in the HSE and project management Knowledge of Italian legislation in Health and Safety Knowledge of MS Office 365, Autocad, Excel Occupational Safety and Environmental Engineering or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental Engineering Knowledge of English (B2) Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen Methodologies Membership in a human resources industry body (e.g., IOSH) Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, time management, and organizational skills. Willingness to work in a dynamic and multinational environment.
