Hse Specialist

Description For our BU Transformers based in Monselice we are looking for an HSE Specialist.
Your responsibilities.
Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace. Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions. Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. Provide advice and training on safety protocols and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee heath and safety. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies. Your background:
Bachelor/master degree related to HSE topics; >3 years of experience in similar roles; Excellent knowledge of english and italian; Interest for the industrial field; Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
