If you are looking for stimulating challenges and the chance to contribute your ideas for process improvement in an ever-growing company, IRCA is the right place Purpose of position: Support the HSE manager in ensuring the proper performance of the work, both within the production facilities and in the offices, through the application of environmental regulations and the implementation of safety measures (of plants and equipment), training staff on the behaviour to be adopted and more generally spread the safety culture in the company.
Activities: Support in maintaining certifications 45001-14001-50001 Preparation of procedures, instructions and OPL and spread the safety culture through training sessions; Support in the organization of training courses; Support in updating DVRs and in the preparation of prevention and protection measures; Collaboration in the management of deadlines and operational controls; Analysis of near miss and implementation of subsequent actions; Participation in HSE audits Requierements: Education: Degree in Engineering for Occupational Safety and Environment or Industrial and Process Engineering or Environmental Engineering Skills / knowledge: Regulations on environmental safety, Knowledge about certifications 45001-14001-50001, Use of Autocad; RSPP course and as a trainer will be considered a plus Language Skills: Proficient English (B2) Computer Skills: MS Office 365, Autocad, Excel Soft skills: Communication and relational skills, Analytical skills, time management and organizational skills, active listening, willingness to work in dynamic and multinational context.
