I. Position Description The HSE Manager is responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental activities across two sites: one in Marcianise (CE) and one in Paderno Dugnano (MI). S/he oversees the implementation of local and international safety regulations, ensuring both facilities comply with HSE standards. The manager organizes employee training on risk prevention and the proper use of safety equipment. S/he monitors and assess risks related to potential major accidents according to the Legislative Decrees n. 81/2008 and n. 105/2015 directives, ensuring appropriate emergency plans are in place. Additionally, s/he collaborates with local authorities to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the environmental, safety, health, and quality aspects of all company activities related to both production and administrative processes, in line with the requirements of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) directive. Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee the implementation of the Monitoring Plan. Maintain relations with the Competent HSE Authorities and manage the Waste Register, as well as internal ecological systems such as wastewater and air treatment plants. Apply and verify the implementation of ISO standards and requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001. Oversee the quality control of processes and products to ensure compliance with applicable standards. II. Qualifications Master's degree in mechanical / chemical / environmental engineering, or a related field. Proven experience at least of 10 years as a H&S Coordinator/Manager in industrial and modern structured work environment. Owning the title of RSPP in industrial sector. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines. Strong organizational skills aimed at achieving results and solving operational problems. Languages: proficient in English and Italian. Experience with PowerPoint and Excel. III.
