Position:
The main objective of the role is to safeguard FENDI Employees, in compliance with Health & Safety laws and regulations.
The HSE Manager will be global coordination leader on Health & Safety initiatives, cooperating with the HQ and Zones functions leaders in charge of Facility, Retail Training and Excellence, Internal Control, Human Resources, Legal, Security and Compliance.
The role is based in Rome Headquarter.Main Responsibilities Guarantee the Health & Safety compliance in the Italian premises preparing and timely updating mandatory documentation, protocols and procedures.
All the HSE documentation shall be drafted as simple and effective as possible for the readersEffectively communicate protocols and procedures, also through communication and innovation strategies, constantly measuring the effectiveness and the Organization's Health & Safety Maturity in the different premisesDevelop initiatives to safeguard the employees, help them to stay safe and maintain a good healthArrange effective Health & Safety training and initiatives in line with law requirements and the Health & Safety maturity standards set by FENDIVisit the company premises, perform audits and/or coordinate integrated audits with other functions (example store audit, office audit, manufacturing supply chain audit)Collaborate to the Events organization making sure that Health & Safety measures are taken into considerationBe an active member of the Global Crisis Team, acting as coordinator and reporting on the Health & Safety situation andmeasuresCollaborate in the local Health & Safety committees, supporting the achievement of a full compliance with local Health & Safety requirements and effective actions to meet the objectives in stores, offices, warehouses, eventsParticipate to the Health & Safety committees facilitating good management practices (review the agendas, ensure that debrief are shared with key stakeholders)Facilitate the implementation of the best practices and initiatives on Health & Safety among Zones/CountriesPropose Global Health & Safety training plans, materials, and strategies to improve progressively FENDI employee's maturity also trough video pills, guidelines, on site events and or the integration to other FENDI eventsReport on a quarterly basis on the Health & Safety compliance, maturity, and initiatives in Italy as at global level to the Top Management and keep updated the Global and the Italian Health & Safety Portals Profile:
Proven expertise in Health & Safety and Environment matters (at least 5 years in the same role).BSc/BA in safety management ("Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro") or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSEIn depth knowledge of the Italian health and safety practices, laws, regulations and proceduresExperience in writing brief and effective reports and policiesOutstanding communication skillsItalian mother tongue and fluent in English Will be considered a plus:
