As HSE Intern, reporting to the HSE Manager, you will have the task of supporting the HSE manager in leading operative risk assessment in workplace organization and in the execution of the WCM program, in particular for Safety and Environment Pillars.
Furthermore, you will be a point of reference for Safety culture in Osimo plant.
Your main responsibilities will include: Realize HSE operative instructions and procedures in order to train employees (producing SOP/OPL) Monitoring SAF KPIs Plant Support HSE Manager in leading WCM Safety and Environment Pillars Management of HSE Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions with line/dept supervisors Continuous support of line/dept supervisors in individuation anomalies, train people and expand HSE culture to the workers Support in planning, delivering and checking continuous improvement activities (Kaizens) after root cause analysis sessions.

As ideal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Engineering domain and other related Master's Degrees (for example Prevention and Environment Tech) and have strong Italian and English language skills.
You have a pragmatic and initiative spirit, organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a team and to engage and mobilize the wider organization.
You are well introduced to MS Office and have at least basic knowledge of legal safety rules.
