This is why since 2011 we have embraced World Class Manufacturing (WCM), since 2017 World Class Logistics (WCL) and since 2019 World Class Engineering (WCE).
Starting from 3 plants in 2011, we have now reached a total amount of 17 sites adhering to the World Class program.
As HSE Intern, reporting to the HSE Manager, you will have the task of supporting the HSE manager in leading operative risk assessments in workplace organization and in the execution of the WCM program, particularly for Safety and Environment Pillars.
Furthermore, you will be a point of reference for Safety culture in the Genga plant.
Main Responsibilities: Support HSE Leader in realizing operative instructions and procedures (SOP/OPL), including LOTOV instruction.Support EHS Plant Leader in Risk Assessment with a focus on machine safety.Support EHS Plant Leader for ISO 14001 and 45001 activities inside the plant.Provide administrative support to the HSE Department by managing documents and maintaining records.Collect Unsafe Acts and Unsafe Conditions arising from the plant's daily activities.Support HSE Plant Leader in leading WCM Safety and Environmental Pillars.Knowledge Growth Opportunities: Wide training on HSE/WCM methods with specific focus on health and safety best practices.Hands-on approach with challenging and interesting tasks during the internship period.Possibility of working in a team in a multinational company with great external visibility.Profile Description: As an ideal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Engineering sector or other related qualifications (for example, Prevention and Environmental Technologies or Management) and have a good knowledge of Italian and English.
You are well-versed in MS Office, have good initiative, organizational and planning skills.
Good flexibility and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
