Hse Assistant

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a JR HSE ASSISTANT The resource, under the supervision of the Corporate HSE Manager, will support the different group companies in the following activities: MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining safety, health and environment (HSE) legal requirements and corporate standards, - Maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, - Development of IT tools dedicated to the management of HSE processes, - Supervision and implementation of first-, second- and third-party audit plan and monitoring of related corrective actions, - Collection and monitoring of HSE KPIs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, etc.
), - Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards and Lean programs, - Fluency in English, - Good aptitude in the use of IT tools.
