We are looking for motivated people with an innovative mind-set to join us on our journey.Role Function and Group: Human Resources, HR Technology and ServicesLocation: A ny, EMEA, APAC preferredPosition Summary:In this role you will be a member of the Human Resource Information System global team within the global HR Technology and Services group, a diverse team within the HR organization that supports Infineum's HR Digitalisation and Transformation agenda.The mission of the global HR Technology and Services team is to standardise, centralise, automate, and deliver global HR services whilst deploying and maintaining HR technology for improved employee experience and process efficiency.This is an excellent role for providing global exposure, access to external best practice and with the opportunity to continue to improve our employee experience through the introduction of the latest leading technological trends.Key outputs - What we can expect from you:Be the technical subject matter expert for our global Human Resource Information System (HRIS), currently SAP SuccessFactors (S/F).Help maximise the value of our investment in our global HRIS, with enhancements that address HR's and business's challenges.Partner with HR and IT to identify and implement new HRIS features and functionalities to meet the evolving needs of the company.Lead or support Projects implementation to support digital transformation in the HR function.Provide technical support and training for HR team members and employees on HRIS system usage and functionality.Support day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors:Plan and execute continuous system improvements.Execute system administration and configuration changes with a hands-on approach.Lead the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring upgrades/patches are thoroughly tested.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, reports and dashboards.Ensure compliance with relevant local and national data privacy regulations (e.g.

Additional module certifications would be beneficial.Functional & technical implementation experience of SuccessFactors solutions covering all aspects: from detailed scoping & design, build, test/cutover and implementation and ongoing optimisation.Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
