Descrizione Lavoro The purpose of the role is to ensure the payroll process is rightly performed, month by month, to manage, support and improve HR-related processes.
Contribute to act as point of contact for employees, ensure deployment of HR projects.
Provides also proactive HR Administration support.
Payroll: provide dedicated support to multiple stakeholders with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, on-boarding, and more.
Employee Relations: act as point of contact for employees on multiple situations ensuring accountability.
HR Systems: continuous focus on opportunities for digital improvement, data analytics, data maintenance, simplifying administrative processes through digitalization for stakeholders.
Employee Lifecycle: support through the IT systems the employee lifecycle, evaluating and implementing ways for its further digitalization/simplification.
Competenze ed esperienza Education: University Degree.
Career in Human Resources.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience as HR Generalist in complex environment.
Knowledge of HR Processes.
Previous experience in HR Operations role or as Payroll Specialist in a multinational production Company Skills: Technical knowledge in Payroll and LaborCost - Ability to work independently and asmember of a team - Sense of ownership and willingness tolearn - Strong word processing, excel andPowerPoint skills - Fluent in English - Digital mindset.
Knowledge of HR Systems, preferred those internally used: ADP, Oracle, Cornerstone, Microsoft Suite.
