JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will provide support to the HR Manager to help build and implement the people strategy, provide advice on key people issues, and coordinate with Country Human Resources to optimize all the HR processes.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: You will support the HR BP in all the different HR processes & project You are going to take part in the Performance & Talent Management process You will give support in all the Compensation and Performance Management processes: Salary Review, MBO, Long Term Incentives. You will manage ad-hoc requests and be the point of reference for the business side NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL : COUNTRIES HR, CORPORATE HR
