DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE In our Group the HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Global Functions is a strategic role with operational attitude which collaborates with global leadership teams to develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the company's business objectives.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP – Global Functions will act as a key advisor to global managers and business leaders on HR-related decisions, ensuring that HR policies are tailored to meet diverse needs while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
This position requires a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, international talent management, and HR best practices in multinational settings.
