As a **HR Workday Learning** **Partner** you will increase the effectiveness of our Talent processes to enable the desired business impact and employee experience.
In this role you will support the design and improvement of processes, provide data analytics, build user knowledge and capability and benchmark our system for enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Understanding user (learner) expectations, Learning COE strategic priorities and Workday planned improvements to build a road map of Workday module enhancements/implementations/education with related partners (including but not limited to: Learning COE, HRIT, PPSC- HR Service Center, HR Governance, user project leads when appliable).
- Testing of new Workday features or modifications on the current templates in partnership with HRIT to give feedback on expectations and issues before implementation.
- Creating webinars, and communication posts about regular/major updates (WD release, security audits, new processes etc.)
on our channels (Yammer, Teams Channel, biannual webinars) to keep our Course Managers updated and educated.
Being the contact person on these changes for Course managers.
- Crafting & Updating articles for Employees, Managers and Course Managers on ALL learning related processes including Process guides (basic overview of process) and Step by Step guides (including print screens).
Collaborating with PPSC (HR Service Center) Learning Specialist on PPSC guides to keep all processes up to date.
Checking articles on a quarterly basis to ensure that all are updated.
Managing translation process of the articles in collaboration with Knowledge Management team via PPSC.
- Creating a dashboard for Learning COE to be available for partners on monthly/quarterly or ad hoc base showing Key Performance Indicator follow up and completion of programs data.
- Analyzing user data to identify trends and topics of interest on Workday to proactively highlight to the COE for potential enhancement on experience.
- Supporting Talent management and Performance initiatives or program offerings on the Learning module of Workday by creating course, requesting attendance upload, providing links to the program owners, and follow course promotion through Learning Highlights managed by the PPSC.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, human resources concentration preferred or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience with Learning and Development
- Minimum of 3 years of Workday experience on the Learning module with demonstrable track record of implementation/administration knowledge
- Strong group facilitation and proficient project management skills
- Experience working on global teams and addressing global needs with a demonstrable track record of conscious inclusion
- Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor and align teams around common goals and objectives
- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication
- Experience operating in an integrated talent management environment
- Proven ability to implement processes and tools consistently
- Proficient English
