**Job Description**:
**What will you take care of?

As an HR intern, you will be part of the HR Learning Team:
**_ Help shaping the future_**_:_
You will have the opportunity to participate in the management of the training activities, with a "hands on" and direct approach.
**_ Experience cooperation_**_:_
You will be part of a dynamic team, always aiming to offer to Bosch employees the best support, as "business partners".
**_ Take on responsibility_**_:_
You will give support in training activity, organization, scheduling and administrative tasks both HQ employees and Legal Entities employees.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you?
**
**_ Education_**: You are a recent graduate in Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering with a strong interest in Training.
**_ Experience and know-how:_**
- You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
- You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
**_ Soft Skills: _**You are careful to details and a result-oriented person.
You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills.
You are a great team worker
