Job DescriptionWhat will you take care of?As an HR intern, you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth HR team in a cross-function experience:Help shaping the future: You will have the opportunity to participate in training, development, performance management and recruiting activities, with a "hands on" approach and a "digital" mindsetExperience cooperation: You will be part of a dynamic, positive team, always aimed to offer to Bosch Rexroth employees the best support, as a "business partners".Take on responsibility: You will give general support in the organization, scheduling and operative task for different projects within the HR dept. QualificationsWhat distinguishes you?Education:You are a recent graduate in Legal, Human Resources, Economics or Management Engineering Experience and know-how:You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel. You have a good level of English (min B2)Soft Skills:You are a details-oriented and a result-oriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal skills. You are a good team worker.
