Hr Training & Development Curricular Internship

**Position**:
During this 6 month internship, you will be part of the Company HR Organization & Talent Management Team in Loro Piana.
You will be directly involved in all the activities related to the role.
Particularly, you will support the Training & Development Team during the organization of training plans and during the overall mamangement of Loro Piana employees.
Especially, you will be engaged within the following activities:
**TRAINING**:
- Support the team during the planning of the learning offer (within the digital learning platform) - this includes: organization of classroom, preparation of the material, participants' convocation, presences collection, feedback after the training process and follow-up activities.
- Monitoring KPI's dashboards and report all training activities in SAP database.
- Support during the analysis of all training requests
**DEVELOPMENT**:
- Provide support during the management of performance, rewieving the Talent processes, preparing training materials and _ad hoc_ reportings
- Provide support during the development of induction plans for the new employees
- Support the team during the management of Individual Development Plans
**OTHER ACTIVITIES**:
- Supporting the team by monitoring the training budget as well as managing monthly expenses reports in SAP database
**Profile**:
- Master or Bachelor student in Economics or Humanities
- Analysis and synthesis ability
- Problem Solving, precision, ability to organize and planning, attention to details
- Team working attitude and flexibility
- Fluent English and Italian (both written and spoken)
- IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)
**Additional information**:
- Monthly Gross Pay: €800
