About the role The Talent Management Specialist will help drive MotorK's values and philosophy through talent management activities that are strategically linked to the organisation's mission and vision. They will support the design and implementation of talent management programs that drive company values, increase employee engagement, and accelerate performance to deliver business results. Talent programs include onboarding, performance management, career development, career pathing, employee engagement and other strategic projects.Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned) Our Talent Management Specialist will: Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Talent Management plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy that may include: managing training initiatives, determining talent gaps, building career paths and developing long term training plans. Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources. Work on additional projects across HR as assigned. Requirements Requirements: Our ideal candidate has: Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, or Psychology is highly preferred. At least 4 years of related experience in Human Resources Experience supporting organisations with a high degree of complexity. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities to meet multiple competing deadlines. Proficiency level of English. Knowledge of any other language is a strong plus.
