Hr Talent Acquisition Intern

FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate that will be part of our HR department in the HQ in Bologna as HR Talent Acquisition Intern for a 6 months internship .
In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers Support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talent Update and maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as updating social media profiles and careers website with relevant content and engaging job postings Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools to continuously improve our talent acquisition process Assist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment A passion for recruitment and talent acquisition #J-18808-Ljbffr
